Played this. Nothing to spoil really. It was oldschool and there wasn’t too much interesting in it but the writing was competent enough…
This is my first year judging so I admit to being a mite confused at several posts that seem to indicate judging is over. Either they’re just extremely fast judges, or the post that says November 15 on the IF Wiki is a typo. 🙂
Wait I did have one thought that might be construed as a spoiler…
So there are goblins in Brazil?
It just seems incongruous, is all, to start out saying, “You’re in Brazil” and then decide it’s Fantasy Lande after all.
And they might have gone a little overboard with the red herring xyzzy path, though I guess that’s just part of the oldschool thing that’s going on here.
